Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner suitable for a general audience. The following are strictly prohibited:

• ✦Content that is explicit, sexually suggestive, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive
• ✦Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• ✦Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, misuse, or compromise the functionality, stability, or security of the platform

User Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for any content they upload, publish, or share through the platform. By submitting content, users represent and warrant that they have the legal right to do so and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

Users retain responsibility for the visibility and content of wishes, profile information, uploaded avatars, and other submitted materials.

Enforcement & Administrative Discretion

Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, temporary restrictions, suspension of platform features, or permanent account termination. Repeated or severe violations may result in escalated enforcement actions, including restriction of access to the platform.

All moderation, enforcement, and access decisions are made at the sole discretion of the system administrator and may be applied without prior notice.

The system administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, discontinue, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, including these terms and guidelines, at any time without liability or prior notice.

Fan Site & Fair Use Notice

Dream Warehouse is a non-profit, fan-operated project created for community engagement, commentary, discussion, and feedback purposes.

Any references to Infinity Nikki, including names, images, characters, or related materials, are used under principles of fair use and are intended solely for community interaction and discussion.

Dream Warehouse does not claim ownership of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or intellectual property associated with Infinity Nikki. All such rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy & Data Practices

Dream Warehouse is designed with a minimal-data approach focused on core platform functionality rather than advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking.

Information Collected

The platform may store the following information when voluntarily provided or generated through normal platform use:

Account Information

• ✦Email address and password, or Google account authentication information when using Google sign-in
• ✦Username
• ✦Optional profile bio
• ✦Optional profile avatar (preset or uploaded image)
• ✦Timestamp confirming acceptance of terms or platform policies

User Content

• ✦Wishes, ideas, posts, titles, descriptions, categories, tags, and visibility settings
• ✦Likes, reports, and feedback submissions

Engagement & Progression Data

Activity metrics used for platform features such as tiers, levels, badges, or participation recognition, including:

• ✦likes given
• ✦active days
• ✦badge assignments

Safety & Abuse Prevention

To help maintain platform integrity and reduce abuse, limited safety-related information may be stored, including:

• ✦Moderation filter matches and limited content snippets related to flagged submissions
• ✦Truncated authentication event indicators for abuse prevention and rate limiting
• ✦Avatar upload moderation outcomes
• ✦Randomized browser tokens used to reduce duplicate reports or spam behavior

These systems are intended solely for platform safety, moderation, and abuse prevention purposes.

Technical & Session Information

The platform uses limited first-party browser storage and session functionality, including:

• ✦Authentication sessions to keep users signed in
• ✦Language preference settings
• ✦Rate-limiting and anti-spam functionality
• ✦CAPTCHA-related abuse prevention signals

Certain security services, including Cloudflare Turnstile and Supabase infrastructure services, may process limited technical information required for authentication, security, and service operation.

What Is Not Collected

Dream Warehouse does not use:

• ✦third-party advertising trackers
• ✦behavioral analytics platforms
• ✦cross-site tracking technologies
• ✦device fingerprinting technologies beyond limited anti-abuse browser tokens

The platform does not sell user data or provide advertising-based profiling.

Dream Warehouse itself does not intentionally log or retain IP addresses at the application level beyond standard infrastructure-level processing required for hosting, authentication, security, or abuse prevention services.

The platform does not use services such as:

• ✦Hotjar
• ✦Microsoft Clarity
• ✦PostHog
• ✦Plausible
• ✦Sentry
• ✦or similar advertising or behavioral analytics platforms

Account Deletion & Removal Policy

Dream Warehouse provides both self-service account deletion and administrative account removal processes.

1. User-Initiated Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account directly through account settings.

Grace Period

• ✦Account deletion requests are subject to a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion occurs
• ✦Users may cancel the deletion request at any time during this period by signing back into their account

Notifications

Reminder emails may be sent during the deletion period, including approximately:

• ✦30 days remaining
• ✦15 days remaining
• ✦1 day remaining

Data Handling Upon Deletion

After the deletion period expires:

• ✦Private wishes, profile information, authentication records, and associated personal account data are permanently deleted
• ✦Public community contributions may remain visible in anonymized form to preserve community discussions, favorites, or references
• ✦Public contributions associated with deleted accounts may be reassigned to an anonymized placeholder identity such as “Deleted Account”

Deletion is irreversible once completed.

2. Administrative Account Removal

Accounts that violate platform rules, terms, safety requirements, or community standards may be subject to administrative removal.

Grace Period & Restricted Access

Administrative removals may include:

• ✦A limited grace period before deletion
• ✦Restricted account access during the review/removal period

Access limited solely to:

• ✦downloading user content
• ✦reviewing platform terms
• ✦signing out

Other platform functionality may be disabled during this process.

Data Handling

Upon completion of administrative removal:

• ✦Personal account data and private content are permanently deleted
• ✦Public community contributions may remain in anonymized form to preserve community continuity
• ✦Associated account credentials or email addresses may be restricted from reuse where necessary for platform safety and abuse prevention

3. Shared Deletion & Retention Principles

For both deletion and removal processes:

• ✦Personal account information and private content are permanently erased after the applicable deletion period
• ✦Public community-facing contributions may persist only in anonymized form where necessary to preserve interactions, favorites, or discussion continuity
• ✦Certain limited safety, moderation, or abuse-prevention records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity

AI & Automation Disclosure

Dream Warehouse does not use generative AI systems during live platform operation.

Specifically:

• ✦No AI moderation systems are used at runtime
• ✦No AI-generated recommendations, summaries, chat systems, or ranking systems are used
• ✦No runtime calls are made to OpenAI, Gemini, or similar AI model providers
• ✦Content filtering and tag systems are rule-based and operate using predefined logic and static pattern matching

The only automated third-party runtime services used are infrastructure and security-related services such as CAPTCHA verification and authentication/database providers.

AI-assisted tools may be used during development of the platform itself; however, once deployed, the live site operates through standard application code rather than active generative AI systems.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The operators of Dream Warehouse are not responsible or liable for:

• ✦user-generated content
• ✦temporary interruptions or availability issues
• ✦loss of data
• ✦moderation outcomes or enforcement actions
• ✦or any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.
